When I was younger and would dream of my
future, I always saw myself as a mom. My dream was to have
two boys. In my mind this was how I saw myself. Why boys?
Maybe because I grew up with two brothers and always got along
well with them and enjoyed their company.
The dream has come true but better than
I ever imagined. I am a mother of two, a gorgeous girl, two
years old, and a new born baby boy, healthy and strong.
I feel so blessed to have them. Is it everything
I thought it would be? No, it's better.
I am busy from morning till night. There
is little time for myself but I would not change it for anything.
My daughter has brought so much into our
lives. She is sensitive and sweet with a lot of personality
and humour.
My son is easy and has a gentle ora about
him. He has brought a peaceful feeling and joy into our lives.
The moments I cherish are watching my husband's
eyes light up when he is with his children and the expression
on their little faces at the most ordinary things. The love
you get back, like the little hugs, kisses and cuddles is
everything I could ever want.
Our lives seem simple now. It's all about
our kids. Everything we do, we do as a family and they are
the greatest gift of all. We are truly blessed. I can't remember
life without them.
